Hello everybody. EWWW? I have updated this thing for a while. I'm sorry for that. AND I'm sorry for the horrible amounts of details I'm going to post NOW. hahahahhahaaha. ANYWAY.

1) Leaders' Training (MANDATORY)

Mandatory, a word that means, "YOU HAVE TO BE THERE".

WHO: CLUSTER 3 Household Heads, Unit Heads, Chapter Heads

WHAT: Mandatory Leaders' Training

WHERE: St. Bernatdette RCC (21 Bayly Street East, Ajax)

WHEN: Saturday, April 28, 2007 @ 1 pm to 7:30 pm
WHY: To learn how to lead

FOOD Costs: $3.00

WHAT TO WEAR: White

SELF-REFLECTION WRITING: One page. Bring it to the training. (We'll call you.)

All leaders are asked to reflect on their current service, and create a letter to self about themselves, their aspirations, and goals in life. This will hopefully help open your heart and mind to the talks and sharers.
2) Now, for a message from your KFC Program Leaders, Kevin and Trina...

"Hey guys!

Kudos to you guys and your hardwork during last weekend's Precon! We truly showed fearlessness in our service to God! And I pray that you guys continue to serve with a fearless heart in your service! Well I just wanted to inform you guys on our KFC Envirokids Field Trip this coming Saturday. If you guys aren't doing anything...feel free to check out what we do in KFC! Here are the details..."

WHAT: KFC Envirokids Field Trip

WHERE: McCowan Park

WHEN: Saturday, April 28, 2007 @ 9am - 12:30pm

WHY: We're going to be planting trees to do our part as a KFC Community in being good stewards of the Earth!

DIRECTIONS (plus a map!):

- Take Highway 401

- Exit McCowan South

- Keep going South (pass Lawrence Ave.)

- McCowan Rd. becomes Danforth Rd, so before that road, there is an intersection called Furlong Ct. & McCowan, turn East (on McCowan) and keep heading straight.

The road ends at the actual park).

Look at that lovely artwork.... Look at that dance team! Look at those athletic sportive beings! M.Y.R. represented in red, not only making this the FIRST time at pre-conference as a chapter, but we also came on top as the reigning chapter of SENIOR MEN'S VOLLEYBALL and BEST WORSHIP BAND. Congratulations MYR, you made pre-con a memorable experience.

"What is this year's theme?":
FEARLESS. (Refer to Philippians 1:14)

"When is registration?":
Registration is NOW 7:30-8:30AM

"How much is pre-con?":
Pre-con's admission fee (for venue, and cost of food) is $20.00

"Do we have to register?"
YES. Everyone needs to fill out a form. The waiver will be on the blogspot soon time!

"What colour are we wearing to rep our chapters?":
OOOOH! WEAR RED!!!!!

"Is pre-con STILL in two venues?":
No, not any more! Pre-con will be held ONLY at SIR JOHN A. MACDONALD!

MOVIE Day & PRE-CON

Did someone say CHAPTER GENERAL ASSEMBLY? Yea.... I did. Hhhahahaha.. ANYWAY. This is Markham York Region's VERY FIRST, therefore VERY IMPORTANT meeting because we will be:

• Meeting for the first time as a chapter
• Meeting the couple coordinators & the chapterheads & your leaders & your dear old/new friends in the Markham York Region chapter
• Talking about PRE-CONFERENCE!

WHY: We haven’t met up as a chapter yet. This will be the FIRST time as a chapter together. AND we’ve got all the details on the Pre-conference!

• This is a potluck! All members and leaders are to bring snacks, ice cream and pop (what ever… just ask your people to bring something)!
• Try to make them ALL come. It’ll be a perfect opportunity to meet your households and units.

• Competitors may only compete in ONE competition due to venue issues.

Heart for the Kids.

The "Heart for the Kids" Training takes so much love, especially for kids. I know, people might think, they're just kids... they just play. OH, but they, too, have teachings! And, with you there, someone closer to their age than a CFC, you will help them become future leaders of Youth for Christ! That is a greeeeeat service. I know that many of you want to serve God.
